So do you guys think that they might actually suspend Djokovic for the next few tournaments? I never even thought about that but some people are mentioning this? I doubt they would do this but who knows...

djokovic should be banned from french open for the way he acted hitting a poor old woman in the neck with a tennis ball hurting her really badly than after skipping his press interview and running from everyone bring a bad name to tennis.

What a calm, objective analysis of Djokovic. Not that you have an agenda or anything.

,,,and its all happening at the tennis, first zed surprises all with an easy win,

then djoko surprises all by getting his sorry bottom booted out of the tourney.

Obviously you want that, but that would be a ridiculous overreaction. Of course, the main reason you want Djokovic to be suspended is that you fear he could beat Nadal in the French Open final. You want that concern removed so you want the ATP to come down hard on Djokovic. It's funny just how poorly you conceal your bias and your agenda.

OK, task at hand: Coric or Thompson? I think I know where @MargaretMcAleer stands, mustache or no, but I'm going to root for Coric. On the theory that you root for the guy who beat your guy, and because @JesuslookslikeBorg has long championed him.
might as well big up the mini-djokovic now the mastertape version has destroyed itself.

Any decision to give him any additional fines, probations, suspensions, etc will have to come from the ITF committee as this was done at a slam. We probably shouldn't speculate because the committee may not meet before the tournament is over.

Stop talking about the class act Rafael Nadal and never mention him in the same sentence of reckless Novak Djokovic. I already said that I doubt they would suspend him from future tournaments but I was wondering if that was a possibility and what everyone else thought would happen. Stop harassing me and take responsibility for choosing Djokovic as your “hero”.

Moxie, if anyone is a troll, you are the epitome of one. You have consistently been on these boards for over 10 years, never taking a break, and you love to stir the pot to vent your prejudices on everything from sports to politics. So you are a troll, and probably the biggest troll in the history of this message board community. If you wish to use that term, then let's be honest and acknowledge that you are far and away number one in that category. You are the GOAT.

Having said that, I have given plenty of compliments to Nadal over the years. NadalGoat2 never has a nice word to say about Djokovic on anything. And, as a matter of fact, I have complimented Nadal for his mindset and mentality on the court numerous times. I don't like what he did to Federer with all the medical timeouts, but in general I think he does have an excellent mindset and approach on the court.

As for "rewriting history," you are going on a rant because I objected to you equating Nalbandian's actions at Queens with what Djokovic did today. That comparison is beyond absurd. Nalbandian showed far more reckless disregard for another person than Djokovic did. Nalbandian had someone in his line of vision and kicked a board anyway. Djokovic was turning away and hit the ball with some annoyance.
Dude, it may have escaped your notice, but I've been an admin and moderator on all of the boards we've coincided on together, for most of the years you've been on them. And when I haven't been, I've made an effort to help keep the conversation lively, to keep the forums alive. I've put in a lot of hard work to keep these forums going, and to give you a mouthpiece, whether you deserve one or not, so, you're welcome.

As to the possibility that you've given many compliments to Nadal over the years, you know how to search the archives. Let's see what you come up with.

Wow, this was a crazy turn of events. With Carreno Busta serving at 4-5, 0-40, it looked like the set was over, until CB challenged and the ball was in by a millimeter. CB holds, then Novak gets defaulted in the next game. Incredible.
his temper is always bubbling away..prob thought set one was in the bag,

he fell over as well i heard and had a medical break..prob didnt help his mood.

Remember the 2013 women’s draw at Wimbledon? Anything can happen.
Yeah, but Serena was still in until the F. I think this affects the top players still left. Everyone still in going to reassess the options, and have a new attitude about their options.

Yes, he seemed to have hurt his shoulder, so that already looked like a factor.

One thing is for sure, if you are left in the draw, you better throw everything and the kitchen sink on that court cough Thiem cough. It’s very rare you get an opportunity like this to win a slam.

Not the 2013 Wimby she wasn't. That's the year she had some weird dizzy spell on court

In 2013, Serena lost in the R16.
