I think tonight is going to be a long night for Sinner. He better have come to play. Jannik may end up winning this match, but I feel this one is gonna be a long one.

Can you give a summary of his interview please as I am watching a women's match live
It’s the standard Rafa interview:
”I have to play well to have chances to win. Tiafoe is a very especial player. One of the top players, no?”
”I have to be focused to win in every single match. Victories help. If you don’t make an estep forward, your chances are low, no?”

Now he’s talking about how much he likes Swiatek, and thinks she’s a very especial player with big chances to win, no? What she did after Australia with a series of wins was very especial.
What? your kidding me Tented....

No, not at all. They asked about his watching her practice and developing a kind of friendship.
Oh that okay thanks, well Rafa did make Iga's year when they played doubles together at the exho match for Ukraine before the USO started, also Iga did spend a week at Rafa's academy training

He did call Tiafoe "charismatic," which diverged from the usual talking points, but other than that, that was pretty much it.

I hope so. Mom told me I need to start getting into the school bedtime routine and not staying up really late. :face-with-tears-of-joy:
Mums are always right, you will realize that more when you have your own children one day :)

Well, Rafa took the long way around at the end, and good for Gasquet for fighting, but this had to get done in 3.
Oh no Moxie. On the contrary Nadal needed another tough match to sharpen up his game as he's had little tennis since the Big W. Gasquet looked like he was going to sneak out the third set. It wasn't to be.
