Kei is good opponent for Novak, he can practice a few things, even lose a set if he wants and then switch gears. 2014 seems so far away when japanese surprised Novak. I think you were right and Novak underestimated him at that time. Knowing that, Novak need to be cautious still and not allow too much. We have seen plenty of surprises already. You had to know that break for Nishikori wouldn't hold up.
No. There's not. ONLY Kei , Murray and last year PCB were the only ones that I can recall.AP, I read this earlier as a general comment about past champs/bigger threats, but as I was contemplating the Nishikori match-up today, I was thinking maybe Kei is the only player in the draw who has ever beaten Novak at the US Open? The guys you list have beaten him here, at least 2 of them more than once. I didn't look it up, but I wonder if that is so that no one else in the whole draw ever has beaten Djokovic here.
Oh I haven't been watching,I had my 2 Italians on court together....there is life in the glass Samurai after allSamurai please don't give an early morning "Woodie"! Finish the Job
Kei takes the first set vs the Dark Serbian Slayer Sith Lord
Gael is going to regret not serving that set out. I don't think Gael's motor burning on the tennis courts constantly like it does on the dance floor.Nice t/break Jannik winning 76(1) over Monfils..1st set
Clearly when he retires,he could become a disco dancer full time,he has the moves for itGael is going to regret not serving that set out. I don't think Gael's motor burning on the tennis courts constantly like it does on the dance floor.
Kei should have broken...I mean how many BPs do you need? then he had a quick service hold....It's so frustrating watching Kei blowing all these breakpoint chances again Novak's service. Kei has so many brain cramps.. so unlike Rafa and Roger's game.
