silent bans don't exist...

They removed silent bans starting from Sep. 2016 or so. However, it was there before. Lepchenko's case was before
and in one presser she actually said "No comments" some one million times about the question of Meldonium. Just google for it.
Her case is not like that of Sasha. In case of Sasha it is only innuendo and allegations without basis. Vavra actually tested
positive for Meldonium. She got away as she argued that she was taking it before it was banned and stopped it after it was
banned and yet it remained in her system. The officials bought it as the levels found were low and cleared her as it could not
be proven.

lol..the pseudo name Garbage is really jarring....hehehe...I heard it from several tennis forums...some call her ladyboy because she looks like Nishikori and those big feet.

Hey Miss Tossip
Ladyboy..are you saying she has a life partner..? Couple of trolls on the men forum mentioned your name

LOL, I had never noticed the resemblance. Though I'd say that Nishikori looks like Muguruza. Let's face it, he's not that macho looking, and she's beautiful. Big feet? Seriously? She's 6' tall. Same with "Garbage." I think it's incredibly unfair and disrespectful to a player that has actually come through, but if you must, have at it. I'll try to ignore.

Pretty fascinating match. Simona tight, Sharapova with some rust, but Maria serving better, and Simona not so much. Sharapova looks fitter than I expected, though her timing on shots is where it shows. But if Simona wants to be a big girl in the game, she has to step up a lot here. She needs to cut Maria off more.

I watched a session of Maria practice on Youtube and her timing looked off. Can't watch the match right now but she's always owned Simona Halep, I see she's taken the opening frame.

Agreed. If she's got a game plan for Maria, I don't see it.
Agreed..one problem I have notice is that Halep isn't moving inside the court to create enough angles for herself..Serena is the master against Pova for making her move and hit shots from an uncomfortable position..Halep hasn't done this so far. However..I still think she will win the match in 3 sets

Halep is never going to out-power Maria. And if she refuses to out-guile her, she's going to lose this. Maria came in with better fitness and match-shape than most, (or anyway, I,) would have expected.

Simona's going to wake up fast about how to change her game, or she won't get to a 3rd set.

Simona will not win this. I told you if the one that froze in RG showed up she would not defeat Maria who has something to prove. If Serena was on the other side of the net, Halep would be hitting winners left and right. Remember last year's QF? She has zero belief against Maria, even a Sharapova who's been out of the game on a suspension.

Rubber meets the road for Simona. If she's got grit and desire, she's got to reach back and dig deep now.

Pova is clearly inside of Simone's head..Yes..it's true Pova will win this..simona has been an idiot on the court and off with her defense of Nastase's comments..she should've kept her mouth shut

She's done. Stick a fork in her. Will likely get broken here and Maria will serve for the match

Maria offers up some errors and we're back on serve. I still don't believe Simona can hold serve enough to force a decider.
