I am not happy with having to wait all night to see Roger...and having to listen to Martina...

when martina talks, I turn off the volume.
quite often I turn off the volume anyway.
martina and pam shriver are totally useless to me.

Heresy! Martina has some 25000 titles*, and when she talks, she deserves to be heard. You don't have to like Pam, but Martina is the Grande Dame of Tennis. A certain amount of bending of the knee is in order.

Sure is. Such a cutie. I watched the last set and was extremely impressed with the controlled constant aggressive tennis she played. The lighter balls make women's tennis from aggressive players look very fast and exciting. Now if only Roger could play like that against Rafa. Giorgi's controlled aggression was outstanding off both wings. I'd say future top ten for sure if she keeps playing like that. Certainly looked top 10 tonight.

Loved watching her when I was a kid growing up and just beginning to watch tennis but as a commentator she's disrespectful and very anti Federer and also clueless. "Roger always handles Simon with ease" being a prime example of her stupidity and lack of research beforehand if she's even watched any of their matches.

Interesting, I'll give you that. Mostly in terms of her clueless comments though! Which imo makes her completely uninformed actually I hope she writes off Fed again so he has more fuel for the fire. The look on her face was priceless when he lifted the Wimbledon trophy last year.

Clueless? How so? I think she's a good commentator, and you'll have to provide evidence of whatever her reaction was when he won the Wimbledon crown last year.

Top ten beauty! I was actually enjoying watching the women today - what with Giorgi and Ivanovic. And the tennis wasn't bad either!
