^ Why are they letting a 15 year old girl playing in a GS is beyond me.

Serena's serve has gone AWOL too. The first serve game and she's hit 3 DF's already

I was wondering how King got a game. I assumed Serena hit four doubles in one game. Close enough.

Stosur gone. Nobody to challenge Serena except Petra in that half. What a difference a day makes.

Serena actually held that game even w/ 3 DF's. King served first and was able to get on the board to some return errors from Serena.

Hingis was 15 when she won her first doubles slam, and 16 when she won her first singles slam.

By the way, if I am CiCi, I am presenting the tournament a $60.000 expense tab. That's what exactly Agassi did when he won his first match or something in the tour before turning pro.;)

The media has short memory, remember Sloane was the toast of 2013,Bouchard was the darling of the year up to Wimbledon. The media is as fickle as a female dog...

I just dont believe in rushing a 15 year into a Major, just my thoughts
The WTA did introduce a rule wherein younger players could only play limited matches on the tour,to stop burnout.I agree with this rule.

You are all welcome to have your own thoughts on this matter.I was just expressing mine.I did have a conversation with other's yesterday on this mattter and we all seem to agree.

Well they have to hop on a rising star before the egg has hatched. It's what they do. Sometimes, they end up w/ egg on their face though (Oudin, Sloane, Vaidisova). The vote is still out on Genie. She still has time this year to get back on the wagon.

Oh yes. I remember now Sesil Karantencheva. They did suspend her for a period of time.

to the grandstand we go. we are used to it by now and we get more motivation from that.
Seriously, when Simo wins the whole damn thing, she should speak only Romanian in her winning speech. Thats what I would have done :D

The grandstand 2 matches are much better than the armstrong matches. they are WEIRD...
