I am not sure why it's under censorship. As I see it, it's subjective. I can say I h a t e coffee or tea or apple etc. and I don't think it's either rude or offensive given the context. Only the misuse of it is offensive. I don't see how 'I dislike Lopez' is any better than 'I h a t e Lopez'. The underlying meaning is still negative.

Jesus, the said word is more loaded than a sailor on shore leave...there is a reason it is filtered. I am sure you can find alternatives, no?
