So you do agree with me regarding her fhand, she needs to hire a stroke specialist, for her fhand, Brad cannot improve it
Absolutely, I said all year she needs to get rid of Brad Gilbert but you were not listening to it my friend because she won the US Open last year. Coco was lucky she played Saba in the finals. Emma is Coco's new Boogeyman

Well that fhand needs attention, you can hire a specialist in area's like bhand and fhand, agree Gilbert talks too much, Coco has often said she prefers to work things on court herself, we all agreed that Coco needed someone other than her father to take the next big step and she has, since being with Gilbert not a lot has improved like it should have, her serve, 2nd serve also needs work, I am not critizing just pointing out things she needs to improve
Exactly, Brad G. should quit immediately let her find somebody else. Someone who can correct her FH. Extreme Western grip is great on high balls.

I don't know if dumping Brad is the total answer. I agree with Serena. Alot of this is confidence and belief. If you don't believe in the shot, it will fail you under pressure. How much of that is Brad's doing? I think she needs someone in her camp that will help her believe in herself again.

For the life of me extreme western grip Brad should have changed that ages ago, I mean Coco would be paying him big bucks

Wining games is a way to get belief, Coco is usually self confident, she has technical issues on her fhand that has to be corrected and that grip has to go

Keli, do you think Cahill would allow Coco to express her emotions like she does Brad. Halep tried that crap and Cahill threatened to Walk

I don't disagree with the technical defects. I guess my point is I think he is a good overall coach for her, but she could bring on a specialist for other defects. Like I said before, I thought Pere Riba was perfect for her. I was surprised when he was kicked to the curb.

That's who she is AP. Now you want to change her personality. Serena was who she was. Do you think Patrick tried to change her? He focused on what he could control, helping her become more tactical as a player. Besides, Simo had gotten extremely negative and was showing too much of that to her opponent on court. That's why he walked.

I thought Riba was good too, I have no idea why he was dumped,
I would just bring in a specialist coach for the fhand, seeing Brad has done nothing to improve it, and it is constantly under threat from all the players, they know it is her weakness.

If Coco can channel her emotions to ignite a control fury like Rena, I'm good with that..Coco has game.. she know all the strokes but that damn fh is more an Achilles heel than her serve.

Coco is too good of athlete not to be able to improve her fhand, with the right help it can be corrected, also the grip has to change

SHe probably didnt want to pay both coaches.. One thing I like about Coco is that she will come forward to the net which I think cost Venus when she got older. Vee should have came to the net when she hit her early 30s

And to Witt's credit, he told her the same as well as her father. But Vee never really embraced it. She was content to rally from the baseline.
