Serena down 2 breaks now 3-0

This would be a huge upset if it happens. Quadruple fault by Serena just like Rafa did yesterday.

Today we had only two upsets (and one almost upset:angel: )

1. #14 A. Petkovic taken out by Z. Diyas in straight sets.

2. #22 Stosur taken out by Coco in straight sets. Moreover Coco won the last 12
games continuously after the first two were taken by Stosur for a scoreline of 6-2 6-0.

just hope Maria loses quickly
She will sail through 4th rd against Diyas. Her real test will come in Quarters against Safarova.

I would be surprised if Pova beat Safarova. Pova was supposed to meet Petokic, but will not, and her early round opponents were unknowns, not unseeded grass courters.

Looking forward to seeing Petra blast past JJ. I don't think anyone can stop her from defending.

On grass, the only person that can probably stop Petra Kvitova is Petra Kvitova.

Kvitova is not the best grass court player..:popcorn...she didnt play Kerber or Lisicki last year plus she gets nervous when playing efficient counterpunchers like Timea or Kerber..:popcorn

Just the luck of the draw.

Remember this, Maria has gotten easier draws before and they didn't help her. You can kick all the tomato cans you want, but it won't help when you actually face a better player in the later rounds. Maria has come up short many times after having what looked like an easy draw because she wasn't ready to raise her level and adjust to the better player in time.

Whose loss between 15 - Bascinsky and 18 - Lisicki should be considered as upset?
bcoz sabine is good grass courter but timea is higher ranked player, who is leading with first set.

18 - Lisicki lost to 15 - Bascinsky....though the lower seed lost, it is an upset bcoz of lisicki's grass court credentials...

Petra just dropped the 2nd set to JJ. This could be an upset. We'll see if JJ can continue to force errors.
