Moxie, I think it was pretty clear that Twisted was referring back to what Ricardo said - but I get why you'd be on hyper alert, with Ricardo's incessant attacking of you. Man oh man, some woman must have really screwed him over for him to hate women so much.

Anyhow, Ricardo, the irony is that I I'm not a fan of HRC or PCness, at all (I'm a Bernie guy). But as Moxie said, being anti-PC doesn't excuse one from basic decency and not being an asshole.

hate women? that proves how PC has screwed your brain, that anything said towards one individual can be interpreted and generalised as hating 'women' in general. Like i said, just piss off and hug your fellow leftists somewhere for some after-defeat comfort.

Because you didn't quote it, and your post followed mine. But I'll take your word for it, even though it doesn't seem like an obvious follow on. :rose:

or stop making excuses and admit you are maybe just a bit thick? btw as proven by others about your 'thickness', don't be quick to divert that by claiming someone doesn't know about PC. El dude clearly demonstrated the PC crap, and he is clearly part of the 'pussy generation' as gen Y males are these days, which i rightfully pointed out.

Hillary lost because she wasn't vile enough? I guess she should have lined some dudes up and grabbed cock on video. That would've won it for her

she couldn't be vile as she already committed to her certain public image, no possibility of 180 degrees turn there. Put simply, she lost because she is not as competent as her diehards make it out to be. With almost everything in her favour, she still lost and not the first time to a heavy underdog....one can write 1000 pages of reasons, but its useless and she can only blame herself for it.

the moment i saw her on stage with a certain bunch of hollywood pussies showing off her supposed 'popularity', i thought she really couldn't see the obvious.

Ricardo, I worry for your healthy. Your angry vituperation is leaving spittle even on my computer screen. Relax, friend. Breathe. And go back to your MGTOW circle jerk.

p.s. I may be a pussy, but I'm not Gen Y.

I think Hillary lost because she had a lot of stench around her. Most politicians have some skeletons, are corrupt, etc. but she took it to a whole new level and people wanted a change from the career politician. Many people voted for Trump because they liked him, and many voted for him because they saw it as the lesser of two evils and it was the same vice versa. Not to make this into a politics thread but Trump also appealed heavily to the low-educated white population and that was key too.

To actually argue that Trump won because he bragged about sexually assaulting women, or that Hillary lost because she wasn't as vile is out there

ok had to look up MGTOW, looks like its' something normal guys wouldn't know much about. Now clearly that's your cup of tea, being the pussy man you are, why don't you go sit down and comfort yourself or something. At least that will stop you whinging about when i am having fun with another individual.

It is so amusing when some weakling would say this with a straight face 'hey dude you are stepping over the line' blah blah blah,....along with your PC crap....as if you actually mean it and can make rules about it. And the fact you were eager to make up scenarios about me? women hating? really? Federberg isn't female no? how about men hating you deliberately forgot to mention? if anyone thinks i have issue with 'women', i hire more women than men, and they are all healthy individuals with excellent academic credentials...i am from the same uni as some of them. I pay them well and they are good for the business. And we know about hyper sensitive PC guys like you, and i tell you that real women think of you as dirt....they don't like pussy man, despite that they may tell you that you are so 'nice'....

and you or your kind, do finish last, i have enough experience having seen enough the likes you who can't score, to know that

^I would give a "like" to the post above if it were not targeted to a poster, in fact more than one poster, that enjoy a lot debating with. I have (believe me) the same horror for PC culture as Ricardo, but the "line" being crossed here is a different one. When you say to someone´s face "you´re a bitch" (or whatever) you are not being un-PC, you are simply offending the person. There are, of course, millions of possible good reasons to do so. So here we disagree, as I do not have the slight reason to offend anyone here (well, apart from the Nadal fans, of course, but I am magnanimous), and Ricardo think he does (I can not trace or recall the all the posts, but I would guess Ricardo is the one who raised the tone first, anyway I am sure he does give a flying fuck if this is actually not true). Point is that it gets tiresome (yes, I know I am not obliged to read), "you´re mother has mustache", so on and so forth, and we miss the good old debates that, at least I believe, is that thing that dragged us here.

Or, in other words, you can beat the crap out of each other but at least create a freaking thread to do so. In fact...

[Edit] As promissed: http://discuss.tennis/tennisforum/threads/the-hate-thread.1233/

Yes, I forgot, I DO have reasons to offend people here. @Federberg and @britbox think that (gasp) Maradona is better than Pelé... I will create a thread right now to correct this.

whatever you do, don't give 'like' to my post because you don't want to be labelled all that PC crap all over from top to bottom, as i think you actually care. As for me, it's all fun and game getting on top of the likes of Federberg, Moxie and El dude.....its daily enjoyment.

oh FYI, i like Maradona more than Pele. I think he is more purer genius than anyone else ever. :D

Ricardo, I think you live in the wrong century with all your outdated machismo BS, or perhaps it is just a form of over-compensation. Who knows.

As for your continued allegations about PC, let's just say that you know nothing about me as I also share a distaste for what I'd call the "dark side of liberalism" - that is, political correctness. I was just calling you out on being an asshole, for implying an act of sexual aggression against Moxie. That is all that I said is uncalled for, and I stand by that.

you flat out said i was hating women, even though my not so nice comments go to other male posters more often - so don't try and get out of it, you were right on to the PC crap. another way to look at, when i wrote about saving her with 'grab' word, only PC idiots would go flat out and take it the way you did.

frankly i don't care what you little PC pussy boy stands for. think i have explained enough that soft cocks like you don't get far, and real women have no real admiration for your kind. wrong century/machismo BS? you are living low life PC culture and you are pathetic enough not to know it. you are an idiot, and just the kind of people that current PC propaganda is best marketed to.

any more come-back of stupidity?

There's been no moderation and no rules of the house on here since it was set up, but the idea was to let it find its own level and see what posters could live with. I've seen posters banned instantly for next to nothing on other forums in the past and want to give this a very wide berth.

I couldn't care less about posters chewing out another poster on an opinion or topic-related post... or even trading personal insults if they are both game. But the latter shouldn't be on the main tennis threads... some other posters don't care for it.

So, if posters want to go at it on a personal level and are both equally fine doing it... Take it to @mrzz's thread - http://discuss.tennis/tennisforum/threads/the-hate-thread.1233/ If the poster isn't interested in trading then leave them alone.

So with Cilic & Tsonga out, and Thiem looking sharp, it seems likely that Fed will make top 8 post-AO if and only if he makes the QF. Which probably means beating Nadal again, which would slightly overshadow the rankings discussion ... :)

With the other guys ranked 6-10 also having very little to defend in Miami, he may have to do even more though if he was to lock up a top 8 seeding at RG before the clay season.

Not that I have too much hope for his RG campaign, but being guaranteed to avoid Rafa at least before the QF wouldn't be a bad thing ...

Fed is currently ranked #8. Only two people are chasing him, Thiem and Monfils and they play against each other today.

Yep. If Fed beats Nadal today, he overtakes Cilic and is guaranteed to be at least #8 on Monday. If he loses today, he could still end up in the top 8, if Monfils beats Thiem and then loses the next match against the winner of Wawrinka-Nishioka.

But in some sense it doesn't matter very much. The outcome of the Fed-Nadal match is likely to have much wider resonance than any rankings result. And his seeding for Wimbledon (which is surely the tournament he wants to do most well in during the rest of the year) is likely to be top 8 pretty much whatever happens, thanks to the seeding formula.
