Really sad to hear of Tony Joe White's death aged 75 years. Anyone hear like his music. This was his best known song he recorded 50 years ago this month.

Tony was also a prolific songwriter , his songs were covered by Elvis Presley, Tina Turner, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Joe Cocker, Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Ray Charles, and countless others. Here's Steamy Windows -

I like that song of hers but prefer "the best". Out of the singers you mentioned I prefer Willie Nelson.

Seeing as the Bohemian Rhapsody movie is out (worth a look)... here is a bit of Queen to celebrate.

One of the greatest live bands ever...

Radio GaGa (Live Aid, Wembley 1985 - Legendary performance)

We will Rock You, 1986 World Tour at Wembley

Bohemian Rhapsody, 1981 Montreal

We are the Champions, 1986 World Tour at Wembley

Who wants to Live Forever, 1986 World Tour at Wembley

I love the last ballad, it was part of the soundtrack to the Highlander movie.

All four of the band individually wrote Top 10 hits.

I'll add this song here but it might get moved to jokes as it's a humourous song. I've been listening to music & come across this & felt the need to share it. I find it funny anyway.

I like this 1 too but prefer the "High Society" version.
