Has everyone heard about ABBA releasing new music? What do you think? From the calibre of new musicians I've heard I think we'll hear good new music for a change though it's sad when we have to have good old musicians to teach supposedly good new musicians how to sing properly like we used to do. I mean if I'd have sung in choir & music class like some of these new musicians sing I'd have been told to take a nice, long, deep, diaphragmatic breath & sing it again until I got it right as would everyone else who sung like it. I like ABBA & think it's good news.

Shania is back on the scene. She ended a long hiatus last year and is making new stuff.
That's great. I'm a big fan. I can't wait. I was going to post "From this moment" & "Up" but I'd posted 3 at a time & didn't want to be accused of spamming the music thread. A lot of her music reminds me of certain parts of my life. For example, Dad prefers my older Sister to me because she's the practical 1 so often used to sing "that don't impress me much" to me. "Man, I feel like a woman" was popular when I was celebrating my 21st.
Is it true what I heard about the Bay City Roller, Alan Longmuir being seriously ill in hospital? I've been looking for more information but when I do I keep getting page not responding. What happened? I'm not religious but he's in my prayers. This is the best song I could think of at this moment. I hope he recovers then we can all sing "shang-a-lang" like he'll be able to "as he runs with the gang singing 'du whop du doobie du ay'.
