Nice, sentimental mood, with positive Christian sentiments, thank you.
I'm in a different kinda mood though. Puddles created the version which reflects my mood exactly. Different than most people's mood.

You're welcome.

I hope you're o.k. I've P.M.d you if you'd like to talk. I'll respond tomorrow as I'm going to bed now.

Give me Leonard Cohen and Jeff Buckley every time for "Hallelujah."
I know but I thought those young girls were good. (Hallelujah isn't really my go-to song for Easter. That would be "There is a green hill far away", "The old rugged cross" or "Easter Parade".)

While waiting for the Australian release of Top Gun 2 (Maverick), here is a little bit of Harold Faltermeyer. Harold worked on plenty of film soundtracks including Fletch, Top Gun, and my favourite Axel F from Beverley Hills Cop.

We’ve got to hand it to these great geriatric rockers, hitting the road after Covid. Dylan is 81, McCartney just turned 80, the Rolling Stones are pushing that, The Boss is in his seventies:

Just to bring your minds to what's happening right now in female rock I will present a group of Mexican sieblings - 3 sisters of 22 - 20 and 18 years old who has been performing live - more or less - since 2011. They are called The Warning and recently supporting Foofighters and touring their own. Here a couple of numbers from the last year - FIRST 2021 with Choke (feisty drummer) - give them a chance and listen to some of their earlier tunes on You Tube.

Then MONEY from March 2022

And this from 2016 where they perform at a Univercity and tell about themeselves. Single 16, drums 14 and bass 12

This is the original version of the Stones’ song “It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll”.

From Wikipedia:

“Recorded in late 1973 and completed in the spring of 1974, "It's Only Rock 'n Roll (But I Like It)" is credited to the Rolling Stones songwriting team Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, although future Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood collaborated with Jagger on it. The song was originally recorded one night in a studio at Wood's house, "The Wick" in Richmond, London. David Bowie was backing singer to Jagger's lead, and Willie Weeks played bass with Kenney Jones on drums. The song on the album is similar to that original recording, with the Stones keeping the original rhythm track.”
