There's a saying : its raining cats & dogs out there !! I think the saying may have to be rephrased very soon...
Its been raining extremely heavily out here for the past 24 hours...Yesterday, We recorded a rainfall of 101.4mm in 2 hours !!

Actually I haven't come across a poster who is extremely logical so I say probabilities are perhaps zero.

I do think britbox can be an ideal Kirk. Spock is a rare find. He was after all from another planet.

Hi herc, I am off tomorrow. Yay! but at work right now. Already in Friday mood however. I'll be very busy though as my second brother and his family (wife and daughter) are in town and coming over this Saturday to stay a couple of days, so a lot of preparation I need to make beforehand. It's also our long weekend (Civic holiday on Monday) so a four days break is what I am truly looking forward to.

Murray is already in Montreal and looking good. I really expect him to do better than last year here so let's see. Very tough field as pretty much all the top players are participating. Draws are coming out tomorrow. Le's see how it pans out as I am sure it will be crucial for some players to get relatively easy draws and by that I don't mean Andy.

Those two links have to work. They work on MTF and T4U perfectly, there is no logical reason for them not working here.

I updated them with the most recent version too, which I also tested in my browser, yet the images are still not loaded.

They are all showing up now. In the end I had to shorten one of the image links to get it to show up. Not sure why but it won't have been anything you did wrong as I tried pasting the same in from T4You.

Anyway buddy, all ok now - I'll sort out the image resizing issue on that thread tomorrow. Pretty extensive projects you're working on - I didn't realize the extent of it all until I looked at the threads.

what the hell is wrong with him?

Good morning general Hercules.

1. He hasn't played match tennis in 7 weeks - almost 2 months.
He's lost some fitness. Probably about 2-3 weeks worth. He can get it back faster by playing more and longer, but that also entails some physical risk.

2. Practice can be good, depending on how much work one puts into it, but it doesn't replace live competition. We've seen how Nadal likes variety in his life these days. His work ethic is not like Muster.

So, he needs to adjust to the pace of live competition. Doubles can help in that regard. If played properly, it will help his return of serve and reflexes and net play. He won't have to cover as much court, which is a bonus. It will also help him to be able to adjust his timing for the particular court conditions.

One problem is that he doesn't always play doubles properly, and the other problem is that he doesn't always carry over his good doubles play to his single's game. And if he goes deep in doubles, then it might affect his physical well being, playing doubles and singles.

He probably doesn't have to play his first singles match till Wednesday, so ideally he would play a doubles match or two prior to that and exit from doubles fairly quickly. But that's not guaranteed.

Recall last year when he lost to Federer in the SF at Indian Wells, but went on to win the doubles with Lopez. Then, probably happy with his doubles success, he entered doubles at Miami, played but lost rather quickly and then withdrew from singles in the SF.

He needs to learn how much he can push himself before risking his knees.
Maybe he has learned, maybe he hasn't. uzzled

I'll let you be the stunt double, but that role is mine. We need to appoint a director, producer and gaffer.

I have no idea what a gaffer does, but they're always on the credits.

Rafa should be fine at Montreal. Might get tougher for him at Flushing.
