^^ None of that refers to "silent bans" or anything to do with it, if you read it right...

Who did she tell ?

http://www.city-data.com/forum/politics-other-controversies/1775774-when-will-sharapova-others-caught-their.html

If he administered them, that could be why she got too much, not proper medical supervision.

Cilic was silently banned as were other nobodies. Posted links ages ago and can't remember their names but they were silently banned. Silent bans are not a myth. Either way Haggerty should be fired. Btw, my message about silent bans was following on from GSM's post that the ITF/ATP can't be trusted which is clear as day and they protect the top players as he has made clear there too.

Haggarty's remarks were stupid and a clear sign that he's unsuitable for the job. Wada acted properly with regards to Sharapova. So much other nonsense in this thread, it's always wise to stick to what we know...

Here is an interview with new WADA chief . He says ITF will decide the future of Dominatrix and not WADA.

That's utterly disgraceful although with WADA backtracking just like the gutless ATP, the outcome probably wouldn't be any different either way. Dick Pound should be brought back in to open up a can of whoopass.

With WADA chief saying it is upto ITF and ITF chief openly siding with Maria, it suddenly appears as though Maria can get away fairly easily.

If the ban is just 3 months, she starts playing from June 12th and Wimbledon starts only on June 27th. That is just a slap in the wrist. Only thing she missed would be RG.

If the ban is just 4 moths, she starts playing from July 12th. Although she would be forced to miss Wimbledon, she can still play Olympics. That is just slap in forearm. :)

If the ban is just 5 months, she starts playing from Aug. 12th. This would make her miss both Wimbledon and Olympics, but she can still play at USO. This would be a slap in the shoulder.

If they give 6 months, she can play only from Sep. 12th. In that case, she would be missing RG, Wimby, Olympics and USO. Also, starting that late she won't be able to make it to Singapore for the
WTA finals. So, this would essentially be a washout of the year. This would be a kick in the butt.

Hope, she gets at least six months.

However, after reading both the interview of ITF chief and WADA chief, it looks like it is going to be 3 or 4 months now.

It is odd that the people who don't want to punish the offender are the ones given the responsibility to do so. WADA can't oversee the trial because of financial restraints, but getting ITF to dole out the sentence is ludicrous. There is conflict of interest. I see a four month ban coming.

Messy for sure. If she doesn't get an adequate sentence, you will see more public outbursts by players on both tours. That wouldn't be good for tennis or sports in general as this is an Olympic year.

She can only get less than a year if she produces enough medical evidence to show she was taking it for therapeutic reasons and if she declared its use on the forms before the AO quarter-final.

The administrators of the sport want her back, but the players don't.

I think she will get 12-18 months, which should give her enough time to find an alternative for Meldonium which is still allowed.

But how would her applying for a therapeutic exemption go down with ITF and WADA ?

Too much Hgh, unsupervised use, can cause an enlarged heart: http://www.healthguidance.org/entry/14752/1/HGH-Injections-Side-Effects.html and also can cause pre diabetes http://www.ironmanmagazine.com/growth-hormone-steroids-and-diabetes/ Maybe, that list of symptoms is making sense, also, Maria's actual beautiful green eyes seem a little small compared to the rest of her face, and her nose did grow larger and she has large eyebrows.

She's very popular with the crowds, and is a former champion.

If she comes back, someone should give her a piece of paper to sign as an autograph, on which they can later type above a confession.

so even though she doped she is allowed to play...so to them doping and integrity of the sport is not that important...wow..
