That does not support crap. She's a damn cheat and a doper. Are you kidding me she should be banned for the full 4 years. She damn arrongant and felt that she could not be touched and probably thought "no way would they call me out on doping." She has been taking if for years and never stopped taking it until she was caught. Don't know how you can come up with that theory.
I don't think they can prove she took it with full knowledge it had been banned. That she had a high level in the urine indicates very recent use, so she did not stop taking it after 1st January,
which she would have done if she had known it to be banned, and the level would be lower but not under 1, which indicates stopping taking the drug more than a month before the test.
