SHANGHAI ROLEX MASTERS - ATP-1000 - OCT. 6 to 13, 2013.

N

NADAL2005RG

Del Potro is averaging 28 seconds between service points, Nadal 30 (according to the television coverage at least). When is the clock supposed to be stopped, when the player begins his routine (bouncing the ball etc.) or when he throws it up, or when he hits it?

So. As long as the ump doesn't issue a warning to either w/o including both, what does it matter?

Robbie Koenig is so funny. He says, "When you watch tennis like this, you have to make sure you have a nice soft place for your jaw to land." :lolz:

To be the greatest most dominating tennis player is only natural to play slow, no? He needs to exert as little energy as possible to be fresh for the WTF.

I know this is a bit premature, but has Nadal ever been bageled?

To answer myself: yes. The Fedster has done it at least twice. So has Murray. Nalby and Coria have also bageled Nadal.

But he's won the Golden Bagel 3 times for most handed out in a year. :)

Do you know who is in the lead this year? Cant find it somehow.

Can't see it but DP seems to be in smackdown mode. Good for him! #39 may have to be deferred!

I can say with certainty in the WTA the leader dishing out bagels has got to be Serena Williams and recipient of the most has to be Suarez Navarro or Kvitova. No idea with the dudes though.

DP could show Novak the door with this current form. This is better than Wimby.

Delpo is in Godmode. He has hit some of the super flashy winners, but his rally shots also have very potent, setting up huge forehands.

All right, Del Potro takes the first after a slow start from Nadal: 6 - 2. Can he keep it up?

Ah yes, cause Suarez Navarro doesn't exactly matchup very well with Williams lol. And theyve played each other a couple of times this year.

I found this:

but dont know if its this year.

Navarro for sure. She's eaten a double bagel twice this year by 2 diff players (Serena & JJ).

Yes. These are stats for this year because the wins/losses match current numbers.
