the big question is on skysports..are greg rusedski's teeth growing so much its starting to invade peter fleming's personal space ??.

shame tsonga can't say 'on it' for a whole match against the top players..lack of focus is a big problem for him, still..a good effort after his medium sized knee injury absence.

Well as I have commented on other forums, nothing makes you focus and work harder than losing out not only in two slams to your biggest rival but losing number 1 to him as well. I think Novak prefers hunting over being the hunted.

A Tsonga Del Potro final would be a welcome respite from the Nadal-Djoker wars, but I think we're heading towards #39. By the way, at this rate #50 will be the Wimbledon final 2015, or near it. Wouldn't it be remarkable to have two great players face off FIFTY times?

I dont think it will happen . You are expecting the other people to not catch up . I am prettu sure Murray will have a say in some of the semis and the young gen has to fire up sometime

Well, I don't know. I mean, even if others catch up, they still might face off fifty times. There's time fir another 2 this year, at least...

I must admit I like the Nadjokovic matchup on hardcourt more than on clay. My favorite Nadjokovic matches have been the hardcourt meetings, so I enjoyed 2010 (when they met at US Open and World Tour Finals), 2011 (when they met at Indian Wells, Miami, US Open) and 2013. The more Nadjokovic hardcourt finals the merrier for me.

Del Potro two breaks up. I think that will secure the first set for him, but lets see if he can keep those canon balls coming.

Also, Nadal complaining that the linesmen didn't call his first serve out after losing a 20 shot rally.... really Nadal?

Nadal has played a very clever match. Clearly he's not exerting too much energy to be 100% fresh for the WTF. I could see it in his eyes before the first ball was struck. He didn't want to win this match before it started. A fine winning strategy that will serve him well for the WTF.

We won't find out tonight. He escapes the bagel.

JM has hit some astonishing FHs and he's serving great. And I'm sure Rafa's been bageled, Deni. I'll think on it.

To answer myself: yes. The Fedster has done it at least twice. So has Murray. Nalby and Coria have also bageled Nadal.

I said 2010, 2011, 2013. The reason why I didn't include 2012 is because they only met once that year on hardcourts. I like the years when they met multiple times on hardcourts, is the bottom line.

But he's won the Golden Bagel 3 times for most handed out in a year. :)

I don't think he prefers it, but it is the hand he's been dealt so he needs to respond positively as he approaches the strongest part of his season.
