following on from that....

“If you’re denying evidence, and reality, and thinking, and engagement with an idea, then you’re denying reason itself…I would say that we’re in a new age of unreason.”

She’s so precise in her language, it makes me wonder why people prop up these unreasonable, irrational, anti-science trolls. It often makes me laugh that ‘right wing’ is a derogatory term, and ‘left wing’ isn’t. Why not? The terrible things done by the left that destroyed whole nations and killed tens of millions of people is forgotten? It’s an example of denial of evidence and reality in action. It’s unreasonable…

How people believe that Ibram X. Kenfi is an authority on matters of race defies logic. His reply here is so incoherent and - frankly - dishonest, that its only goal seems to be to appeal to dupes, and sell books:

these people are profiting from the very society that they claim to be against. I can only hope that more black thinkers rise up to challenge their orthodoxy and show them to be the charlatans they really are. You would think that things are worse now than they were in the Jim Crow era. And yet no one asks why the black family unit was superior then to now. Why educational attainments were better then for blacks then than now. The sad truth is that the black family unit was replaced by the State to devastating effect. It is tragic that these people are allowed to dominate the narrative

my sister's friend sent this to a chat group. Blows my mind. Apparently this sort of thing is fairly common. The entire system is built to avoid accountability. I know morons will accuse me of hating. I'm not. True equality requires similar accountability. But it's quite clear in the current set up that only equality is desirable, when it's beneficial. The rest of what should come along with equality.... not so much...

I just don't get it. What am I missing? There seems to be a need to degrade everything that people value. I honestly would love to understand what utility they think this has.
It's a coup. by degenerate left wing radicals. Sexualising children, grooming children, pornifying literally everything. They have no decency or morals, and absolutely no respect for the west or its citizens. They want to tear it down, little knowing that of all the places you can live in the world, only in the west are you so safe to be so sick in public...

I get that, but what's their endgame. What does the world look like that they want to create?

They haven’t thought that far. They’re not good at thinking. They’ll destroy first, then cry when the Chinese or Russians beat them up as sick degenerates… :lulz1:

And more degeneracy…

This stuff is a huge problem, sexualising kids, and the left just shrug, mainly because they’re cowardly, unprincipled dupes. We can be too liberal, you know? But they don’t know where the finish line is, to stop..

You have got to be kidding me…

I would have thought being refused an appartment to rent because you’re too tall is already covered by general discrimination laws without them having to create a protected species for their official lists. They’re really compiling a catalogue of victims so that nobody can say anything without falling foul of the law. Can a person be refused a job if they’re absolutely physically not suitable for the job? Apparently not. That’s discrimination, it seems. There’s laws covering it.

You can end up with a police record just for being practical as an hirer and good at your job? It’s a practical joke!

there's going to come a time when all these so called marginalised people become the majority and then what happens to the rest of us? Will we then get added protections as well? it's absurd!

Now look at this, from the BBC. A quiz will follow:

US professor fired after machete threat to New York Post reporter

Question 1: is it a surprise that the professor is American?

Correct answer - No

Question 2: is it a surprise that the professor is from NYC?

Correct answer - No

Question 3: is it a surprise that the professor is actually a professor?

Correct answer - No, because of the answers to questions 1 and 2.

Question 4: who said this?
"You're not educating... This is... propaganda, This is violent. You're triggering my students."

Correct answer - the ‘Professor’

Question 5: Who did this?
she held the machete to the reporter's neck

Correct answer - the ‘Professor’ (& bonus points for noticing that this isn’t actually considered to be violence according to the ‘professor’s’ crazy worldview.)

Question 6: what is most surprising about all this?

Correct answer - that the ‘professor’ was fired from her job.

I really despair for American education standards when they’re churning out ‘professors’ like this one, and the Bug Eyed Ghoul who shrieked at Senator Hawley that men can become pregnant, that his questions were violence. How did it ever become acceptable to say among civilised people that words are violence? And to think that actual violence such as she displayed towards students and the journalist is acceptable?

It’s a worry. Universities in America are run by people who think as she does. Therefore they’re producing students who will enter the world ill-equipped to cope - and too stupid and badly educated to know why. Their only qualification will be in knowing how to yell incomprehensible gibberish about imagined victimhoods..

Just further on this nutty professor in New York, I looked at her wiki page. Her name is Shellyne Rodriguez and she self-describes as a ‘Black Marxist’, which instantly writes her off in my book.

But the last edit on her wiki page is by somebody using the handle ‘veggies’ who changed a heading from ‘Controversies’ to ‘Legal Issues.’ My woke radar might be too primed and alert for nonsense, but while there’s a distinction between ‘controversies’ and ‘legal issues’, isn’t it more benign to call threatening violence on students and wielding a machete at journalists and out in the streets mere ‘legal issues’ instead of ‘controversies’, which in itself is already quite mild for what she’s done?

Fascinating interview. I've actually watched some of the podcasts from which she has clipped questions. He's not wrong, there's little context to the points he made. I remember shaking my head when he said them for this very reason. I honestly don't believe she even bothered to listen to the whole conversations. How is that good journalism. Not saying I agree with everything he's said, but he's generally on the right side of traditional values. Most of the time...
