Watching Lopez v. Kyrgios and it makes me wonder how Feliciano would have fared 25-30 years ago. Would he have still had issues in the big matches? Probably. But he would have won a lot more with his game in those days and had a lot more confidence. It would have been fun to watch him and Edberg playing a singles match.

I think Stefan would have had him for tea with biscuits. He's got a nice volley, but he doesn't really have killer movement so far as I can see. I think he would have been a solid player, no more no less

Lopez sends Kyrgios packing, finishing him off with two aces in the tiebreak. Nicely done.

Stan is just going through the motions, errors left and right, down a set to Monaco.

Tennis channel just switched over to the match. 38 unforced errors so far for Stan. He's spraying so many crap shots, you'd think he's a manure spreader.

Maybe he's also having the yips or trying out a new stick?

He first needs to take the old one out of his backside.... and change out of the underpants and put on real tennis clothes.

Seriously though, he seems to have settled himself down and is hitting nicely. Back on serve in the 2nd set and trying to break Monaco here to go up 5-3

Djokovic v. Almagro up now. Nic is sporting a haircut from Hollywood in the 1920's?? :nono

Novak looks sharp and focused. Seems the rest was good for him. Breaks for 3-1 in the first.

At 1-4 30-30, Almagro hits an overhead smash and Novak backhands it for a winner. Beautiful.

Nico has a beautiful BH but he needs to be more aggressive and to make less errors, after his foot surgery is not playing so well, what a shame :cover

That was a beauty. He is looking very good. I just had to poke at that one shot. It's all I got to hang onto. :snicker

Thought this one would have been tighter, with more rallies. Almagro is pulling the trigger early on a lot of the points and making more errors than winners.

Nico seems to be still coming back from the foot injury. But even in good shape, he'd only drag this out a bit. Novak is hitting some miraculous shots today.
