And now a double break. Gasquet will have to regroup for the 4th set. Stan got broken out of nowhere and now is in a tough 3rd set.

The top half players their QFs tomorrow, having finished matches today. Djokovic and Thiem had considerably shorter days today, while Berdy and Goffin essentially played full matches. That won't help their causes tomorrow, as neither is favored, anyway. Does anyone know if the top half will play SFs on Friday, or Sat? It would seem a disadvantage to have to play 3 days in a row.

Two Quarter Finals today

Novak Djokovic (SRB) [1] vs. Tomas Berdych (CZE) [7]
Dominic Thiem (AUT) [13] vs. David Goffin (BEL) [12]

Who are your picks?

I'm going with Djoker in straights and Thiem in 4.

Your picks sound right, Britbox, but I'm hoping that Tomas takes him out, ha ha ha. Tomas deserves a break too. Thiem will probably take Goffin out though. Goffin is kind of slight.

Thiem definitely has more weapons and a better upside but as of right now I see this one being close to a tossup. Leaning towards Goffin in 5. Djoker hasn't been sharp in this tourney, and really hasn't been since Madrid, but he usually handles Berd pretty easily. This will be a good match to see where he is at.
