:laydownlaughing

I don't hate him, just do not really care. And he won enough, I want Nole to win the big titles, not Olderer

OK, Murray. Time to get down to business and take control of this match. One set all.

Chardy played an unreal return game there. Ripping Murray a new one.

Well, let's see. Here's the list of French players in the Top 100:

13 Simon, Gilles (FRA)
14 Monfils, Gael (FRA)
15 Tsonga, Jo-Wilfried (FRA)
21 Gasquet, Richard (FRA)
32 Mannarino, Adrian (FRA)
45 Chardy, Jeremy (FRA)
47 Benneteau, Julien (FRA)
71 Paire, Benoit (FRA)
90 Pouille, Lucas (FRA)

What do you think?

Whew. Murray takes the third set 6-3. My stomach is in knots. This thing is far from over though.

As I said in another thread, a seemingly high percentage of French players could be labelled underachievers - Monfils, Tsonga, Gasquet, Chardy ,Paire all seem like they could have done more. Even Benneteau, who may be on the best players in tennis history who hasn't one a single title, is 0-10 in title finals.

Way to go Murray! Into the quarters! Against Ferruuuuuuuuu! :clap:clap:clap

That is going to tell us a lot about Andy. Don't think he's ever beaten Ferru on clay

I'm not sure I would classify Simon or Tsonga as headcases.

Correct:

http://www.atpworldtour.com/Players/Head-To-Head.aspx?pId=MC10&oId=F401

And the last time they played on clay was here, in 2012. Final score: 6-4, 6-7(3), 6-3, 6-2
