No, he got in on a procedural cock-up by ABF, according to the judge.

Would you judge a judge again? You're more qualified than him, you know more details about the case?

Oh, come on!

Rottenberg has just posted a screenshot that appears to show Djokovic lied on his application form. If that is accurate Djokovic is going to prison.

Is that the document in which No1e's name is in Latin letters and everything else is in Cyrillic?

Grossly unfair that the Czech player and official were ejected. Djoke’s popularity must be at an all time low. His family is doing nothing to help his image. They seem a bit unhinged.

If you or Moxie are going to be judges. And Ben could keep you company.

Ben Rothenberg is indeed making accusations that cast doubt on the verity of Djoke’s claims. The question is whether Australian politicians will delve into them or turn a blind eye.

lol they will definitely NOT turn a blind eye given all the restrictions they have imposed on their own people.

I like Djokovic and admire his anti-vax stance, and i am hoping Rottenberg is wrong as he usually he is, but if he is right Djokovic will be deported but will probably spend two months in prison as well before going home. Inaccurate completion of immigration documents is damn serious if caught.

And Jimmy! How are you keeping, brother?

I came when they offered me enough money and not before!
But I’ll be vanishing soon, I don’t post during slams but I’m also falling behind on a few of my other things. Good to see ya! :bye:
I'm doing well. Thanks. Hope you and everyone else in the family is keeping safe.

Haha. I'm reminded of Show me the money ....from Jerry Maguire.

Don't vanish too soon and deprive all of us the pleasure of your wit. Look forward to seeing you a bit more regularly.

I think they know he wil be deported and are trying to cause a massive diplomatic rowm and stoke Serbian nationalism and effectively make the tournament impossible to hold due to disorder. The correct tactic would be to be polite and say they respect the Government having been careful given the pandemic etc, i.e be tactful. Saying he has been tortured will do nothing to help him stay...but it will rile up his supporters to cause grief.

So you say! Watching news clips from around the world and Australia in particular where Nole's PR is working! TA is made to look foolish along with politicians more concerned with their own popularity! Just saw Justin Quill of Channel 9 say "Australia's being made to look like oppressers" the way they've treated Novak! Now Zali Steggall is lambasting officials! I said this was going to be a mess and it has; really much bigger than I thought! :face-with-hand-over-mouth: :fearful-face::facepalm:

Update: Now Chris Smith is giving it a go agreeing it's been shameful; the politics and treatment where food with maggots being served at that dump hotel!:anxious-face-with-sweat:

He lays out an interesting timeline, but surely it is too late to matter.

Is that what I said? What I said was that the judge ruled on a procedural issue, which is true, but not on the validity of the medical exemption or the visa, which is also true. I've asked you more than once about the perception of unequal treatment. You don't have to respond, but it is still out there.

the drama continues even with loads of nothing going on.

that alex immigration minister is so very quiet today..
Hawke doesn’t need to say anything. Hawke can cancel the visa at any point. I think it would make the Djokovic camp uneasy having an official keep quiet and not show their hand quite yet.

First, is that document this:

FIub_OsUcAIjHeE.jpg

What is false here?

Maybe something else is a forgery? Let's take another look.

Tell me, is this the document that No1e attached as proof that he was infected in December? Is this a document by which Ben Rothenberg builds his "tower of cards"?
Well, now, someone (antiNo1e fan, anyway) here asked that No1e be in prison for 15 years. May I ask all of you, which Australian law No1e violated and with what, in order to deserve this draconian punishment?

Just some updated news from Alex Hawke.

He is still considering all the ongoing facts in the Novak's case.
