In most western countries, a recovery is considered the same for the purpose of travel. From that perspective, he’s no more danger to anyone than a triple jabbed citizen standing in the queue for number 4.

The question is whether or not he followed procedure. At this point, they’ve made such a huge fuss and mess of things, they’re better off not pressing it further, and accepting they dropped the ball, and leave it now…
We can debate the issue of natural immunity on the other thread. I don't debate it exists, just how effective and variable. I would also add here though, that I don't think he had it. That looks a complete fake-up to me.

As to moving on, as I said above, I agree with that. It will begin to look like harassment for political gain, if they don't.

We can indeed debate it in the other thread - in fact, we prolly already have. :lulz1:

How effective and variable the jabs are is also an issue of debate, and a much more important one. And also a matter of debate is if Novak actually did catch it in December, although, did his team not provide proof today? I’m only waking up. If he didn’t provide proof, then on what grounds did the judge let him go?
No one could watch it, mostly, and I haven't read the minutes, nor do I plan to, but he didn't get off because he proved his worthiness for medical exemption, as I understand it. He got off on a technicality. The Border Force didn't give him enough time to think about his answers. Or speak to his agent so he could cook them up better. :lulz1:

For those who disagree that recent covid isn't grounds for entry into Australia, shouldn't this case provide precedent?

Novak will be rushing to the practice court after having his super food meal I suppose. What a crazy turn of events. How much will he have in a tank mentally after all this? He seems to feed of this drama stuff though.

Is he entitled to compensation for the fixing in the hotel for days?
it can become even worse for Australia

If that’s how he got off then they may still block him because his reason for being there might not be legit, but it now depends on how they feel from a PR and a practical perspective if they pursue this…

Australian government is paying all the court and his legal costs
Meaning including his $$$$ lawyer?! Wow, that's not going to go down well politically, huh? No, I was responding to Numbers on the issue of his being held in detention. I would think that would be a lawsuit, though that would seem dumb. But it's never stopped him from taking a decision before.
