We will try! enjoy the snow
TBH, I don't enjoy it that much, since I gave up downhill skiing. It's lovely when you're tucked in at home. Hopefully we don't get too much. I try to enjoy winter for what it is, but I'm envying you your summer.

One of Djokovic's team members has told 'the age' Djokovic would be relying on basic principles of administrative law and that he was treated without procedural fairness by border officials.

We Italian girls go frizzy in the summer, but I'll take it. One of the reasons I love the AO is because I can sit here in the dark and cold and also be in the heat and sun of Australia. Here's to a great AO, whatever happens!

Whatever that means. Sounds like we're about to be treated to a lot of legalese. Not surprising. Because he probably doesn't have a leg to stand on, in terms of medical exemption. My understanding is that the state gets to make its case, too, so the judge will hear both sides, to the extent they are allowable.

Quite frankly it should have not come to this.

Oh Wait,.....from the Daily Telegraph,Saturday 8th January (that is for AP )

Detained tennis star Novak Djokovic has asked for his personal chef to cook for him in quarantine hotel, apparently the food is inadequate for the tennis star. The No1 tennis players says he has dietary considerations that weren't being met by the hotel.
He also asked to move to the house that he had already rented, which has a tennis court and has offered to pay the required security.
Both requests have so far been denied.

I did think about who would pay the security if he were allowed to go to that house. The personal chef business is not going to win him any friends, in the court of public opinion that already thinks he's gotten special treatment with the medical exemption.

Well he has upset the people that live in Melbourne, which is the most lock down city in the world,in this pandemic,it has been made mandatory to get double vaccinated,if you want to be able to move freely around the city.,going to cafes, pubs, restaurants, and even some retail shopping.

I feel all things considered, that the Tennis Australia process needs transparency and possibly Craig Tiley should resign. You can expect that the lack of communication with T.A. Victorian and Federal governments, that Novak's lawyers will use this during the appeal and so they should.

In news related to Novaks situation, Nick Kyrgios is complaining that people are making memes about it. He knows this, because Nick gets his daily news feed from memes…
