You are calling Ralph a man of no consequence. :yahoo::facepalm::confused:
You're talking about the clay after Wimbledon, I thought. Rafa doesn't play it. Oh, the odd time. Like Roger played Stuttgart this year. It happens.

Clay before clay is the clay season in February before IW and M.

Clay after clay is the clay season after Wimbledon.

Rafa has played on clay both before clay and after clay and that too several years.

Stuttgart is no comparison as that is grass tourney during grass season.

Roger has never vultured the low hanging fruit of Newport grass tournament (not even once).

Wow, you jumping on the "vultured" train, too? You can "blame" Rafa for playing some clay tournaments early in his career, or picking up...one, I think...later, but I know you understand the narrative well enough. If you lot complain about the lack of grass, stop complaining that Roger doesn't play ones on offer. I don't see how it's a virtue to be too proud for certain tournaments, if they fit your schedule and a certain point in your career.

You missed another bodypart. His ego. :lulz1:

But dull will turn into Wolverine on clay and will be running like a rabbit. dull's doctor Dr Cotorro should get a noble prize.
It suits your narrative to make Nadal an egotistical, unkind usurper of Fed's rightly titles. You do understand that this has no basis in reality, though, right? Roger and Rafa have been excellent ambassadors for tennis. You may not buy his humility, but that's because your bias disinclines you. They both have a work ethic and commitment to the sport that is exemplary. Your bias blinds you.

It's not a narrative. No player in history goes straight from injury to winning a slam within 2 months and nadull has made a habit of it. If you want to believe any curry from dull camp be my guest.

Roger went from injury to winning the AO in 2017 with barely a tune-up, and that at 35. Nadal's returns from injury, even though he was much younger, took longer, in terms of winning a Slam, though he did win a MS 1000 a few weeks after coming back from 7 months off.

Let's lay it out: Nadal took 2 1/2 months off in 2009 due to knees. He won his next Major at RG in 2010, some 9 months later. He took 7 months off in 2012, and won RG 3 months after his return. He took some months off in 2016, and won his next Major some 4-5 months after his return. Can you clarify when you think he won a Slam within 2 months of returning from injury? Also, what is your opinion, based on that slagging of Rafa, of Roger returning from injury and winning the AO, after 4.5 years of having won no Majors? Is that all cool and kosher for you?

I'll take that as you have no adequate response. Wimp.

Well looking at how convinced you are, Nadull should've got multiple oscars. He's in the Nicholson, Brando league.

This is first surgery I think.
Will be interesting to see how he recovers from this one.
It was just arthroscopic. As Carol said, should be pretty quick recovery.

dull played only two non-clay events without claiming injury - Wim and Canada.
