Pavlu just had nothing left today, she is not the kind who can play first strike tennis and be accurate, I bet she had 30 unforced errors, she lasted just a little over one hour.

One more match left today, Sabine and Simona. I will be watching.

Ana w 29 ufe 9

Pavs w 17 ufe 18

Well I will be wanting Halep to win that match....so we will be on opposing sides in that match up.

Wow, those are impressive numbers by Ana, Nastia didn't play as bad as I thought.

What's up with the qualifiers here? We have one here and one over ATP.

Pavs just used wrong shot selection's....also she didnt attack Ana's bhand in the match..she kept going to her fhand at times.....Dumb.Ana played well. She dictated as usual with her fhand.

Halep isn't sharp today. She knows what needs to happen out there, but she's comitting a few too many errors and wrong shot selection to get ahead of the rallies. And by God, Sabine is the dropshot queen and Simona is not ready for them at all.

Halep finally finds the correct game plan and breaks twice to take the 2nd set 6-3

Halep did turn her game around in the 2nd and 3rd sets

Halep d Lisicki 57.63 62

I know this has been mentioned before.....I wish the WTA would ban this insane rule of 'on court coaching'.

^^ Write a letter to Stacey Allister. I wonder if you'll get a response back.

Good idea KsKate2

Maybe starting a petition in regards to abolishing 'on court coaching'....I doubt Stacey would take much notice of my letter. She might take more notice if there were numbers opposed to this rule.

That works too. Is there a place on the WTA website where you can submit such things?

^ Good points. I think we need to take this to its own thread. I'll see if I can split them. If not, let's take the conversation there, anyway.

Ana has too much fire-power for Simona.
Straight set victory fo Ana.
But then I predicted Petra....
