One thing I'll say about the H2H is that Nishikori would have won in 2014 Madrid F, had he not gotten injured. It's the surest asterisk I'd give in the current game. Rafa will be hugely favored, but Kei can give him trouble. Especially if Rafa is as rather errant as he was today v. Dimitrov. He wasn't nearly as laser-like as he was v. Thiem. I can see why he wanted to hit the practice courts.
