Well don't come Aug-Oct because that's hurricane season. So Dec-May is your best bet.Love Miami, but you cannot drag me out there in July or August, the humidity will kill me. ; )

Orlando is closer by about 35 minutes. Takes 3.5 hrs drive from ORL to MIA.Always fancied visiting Miami. The closest I got was Orlando or Tampa - whichever is nearest in Florida. Still got an Emit Smith Gators top from my last visit circa 1990.
Yes, considering the surface and current form. That's tennis, one of the reasons why we say you never know.Bit of an upset, seeing how well Muzz had been playing in 3 sets.
Hey chill, not all, but 99.9% of Floridians are in fact loony, corrupt or stupid.I'll probably avoid ever going to such a loony state w/ their corrupt gov't. crime, & incredibly stupid events that occur making international news!
Jacksonville is huge. There's Northside, Southside, East and West.I did not know Miami itself is smaller than Jacksonville, you learn something new every day. ; )
Dude, that's a pretty big pretend that I don't think I can manufacture.Yes, of course you are entitled to your own opinion. But pretend for a moment that Alcaraz didn't exist. People would be more focused on Rune, due to his play last October and continued strong play. He's the real deal - maybe not Alcaraz real, but by my estimation, Carlos is having the fifth best teenage career in Open Era history, with only Borg, Wilander, Becker, and Rafa ahead of him.
It's not that he didn't get vaccinated. He said felt like he had lingering side effects from the vax that led to a dip in his play and a losing streakDidnt Frenchman Humbert refuse at one stage to get a COVID vaccine? he must of got one, he is playing fellow Frenchman Monfils ,match just started
Thanks for the correction, I remembering hearing something ages ago regarding his Covid vaccinationIt's not that he didn't get vaccinated. He said felt like he had lingering side effects from the vax that led to a dip in his play and a losing streak
Covid-19: French star claims vaccine reaction might be behind losing streak
French star Ugo Humbert has revealed his belief that his poor run of form late last year might be attributed to a severe adverse reaction to a Covid-19 vaccine shot.www.tennis365.com
That was Pierre-Hugues Herbert who refused the vaccination and passed on going to the AO last year. (He did not apply for a waiver, noting that he didn't qualify for an exemption.)Didnt Frenchman Humbert refuse at one stage to get a COVID vaccine? he must of got one, he is playing fellow Frenchman Monfils ,match just started
I backed Thiem to reach R3. Sonego is beatable and Evans is in poor form this year. I think Thiem is due for at least 1 win on tour. Let's see if he will disappoint again.Just looking at the H2H between Lorenzo Sonego and Dominic Thiem, their match tomorrow, this will be the first time they have played each other on a HC
Their H2H is 1 all.
Thiem given a WC, again like in IW, it is really imperative he dosent go out again in the 1st rd like in IW.
I thought of you when I saw that Paire lost today. Oh, well. For me, the highlight of the men's side of the event wasn't even a main draw match, but having Paire defeat Kokkinakis 7-5 in the third. Considering he won a Challenger a few weeks back and now qualify in Miami, I hope Benoit will be encouraged and stick around for a few more seasons. Fans of TK shouldn't be disappointed, I see he got into the MD as a LL, so that's good news. He also drew a WC in the first round so he could earn some decent ranking points if he capitalizes on his good luck.
