Thiem is doing his best to take the place of the Berdych/Tsonga/Ferrer level of player. Nothing wrong with that, but I wouldn't expect much more - although think he will win a Slam or two because he'll play a large portion of his peak as the Big Five are fading.

I'm completely agnostic on the one-hander. It doesn't blow my skirt up they way it does for you lot. And the two-hander doesn't offend me, aesthetically, as it does some. Some of you folks are a bit cultish about it, as it goes the way of the dinosaur.
