While I think Alcaraz will be great for tennis, it will be even better for tennis if Alcaraz has a rival that can push him to his highest limit.

Sinner might not have the talent or charisma as Alcaraz, but he has the potential to be a great tennis player in its own right.

I just checked his record on clay last year. He did pretty well, but not nearly as well as he did on hards.
