Aga should fire Martina. She does not need a coach. She should go back to what works for her, and she knows better than anyone what that is. I am actually surprised Martina agreed to coach her. She must have been flattered and excited, but did not think through what she could do for Aga. Not much obviously except cause a slump. This is unfortunate. Aga gets voted fan favorite because she is so fun to watch. I can't see her winning that award again unless something changes.

Even though Wozniacki only wants her father to coach her, could she please hire two instructors, one to teach her how to get her first serve in and one to teach her how to hit deep and with sharper angles? Then she can have her dad on the court with her often as she wants, and he won't lose his status. I am so very disappointed with her play this year.

While I want to see Venus win I could see Suarez Navarro being the kind of opponent who is difficult for her especially after playing yesterday.

I'm always happy to see Petko doing well. I have a soft spot for her wacky ways. She's had such a hard road on tour and it's really amazing how she keeps coming back.

I'm really curious to see if Sloane keeps her nerve and at leasts makes it competitive tomorrow. I see a lot of change in her lately. I wonder if she is just riding a wave of confidence after a few good results or if Saviano is making some real inroads with her.

There was this time just before she REALLY started crashing and burning where she would be winning a match and all of a sudden it would go to a third set and she would just completely bomb like she stopped caring or believing. I think that she's being taught how to continue caring and fighting.
