The good thing for Nadal is that the serve was more solid, close to 70%.

This was one of those coulda/shoulda/woulda matches on both sides, which is the worst for whoever loses. Of course Dennis had his 2 MP’s but this match had so many ebbs and flows. Rafa in the 3rd set I believe at Dennis serving at 3-3 0-30, had a wide open court for 0-40 and hit the backhand inexplicably long.

I've never seen Shapo playing better. He hung in there and even deserved the win, but Rafa is still the beast. Unreal how he fights and gets the win at the end.
