Wow...Frantangelo wins the first set 6-2. Whatever was bothering Novak last weekend still is. But I do think he'll pull the toilet off of his head, and Frantangelo will lose his form. Seems to be happening already.

Huge hold for Frantangelo. He's pressing on the Djokovic bh, which he's been slicing an unusual amount. Ah, and they're telling us it's windy. Djokovic doesn't like the wind.

Frantangelo is, according to TC commentators, going for his 2nd ATP win. So, what are the chances it comes today?

Frantangelo is only 22. He's not too old to yet make a mark. And he'll surely get more respect in the locker room...win or lose this match.

OK, that was weird...Novak didn't think that ball would drop in, and it totally skunked him. And Frannie holds.

Bjorn is connecting, he's found his range again. Should be interesting from here on out.

There's the break for Novak. That should be the end of it, though Novak is still spraying errors and Bjorn looks up to hang in.

Good effort for trying to make it today. A little too much love for the middle of the net. But he has a big game and lots of nerve. For sure Djokovic is "off." And he doesn't like the wind. But no reason to think he won't join the younger ones who have some belief.
