ATP cannot even write their articles without mistakes. They have a big article saying RF reached quarterfinals at Halle. :cover Come on ATP, pay attention to your own draw.

Both Kohlschrbrier and Thiem won their opening matches in straights. It is somewhat tricky considering they played rain delayed final in Stuttgart on Monday and had a short turnaround time. Now, they are one match away from facing each other again, in quarterfinals this time.

Also, they nicely lost their first round doubles match, which will be good for them preventing unnecessary exertion.

Brown is gone. Now, it looks like Zevrev will be the SF opponent for Fed (add ususal disclaimers here).

Damn, I am officially a Dustin Brown fan now (I mean, since a few weeks ago). Saw a lot of highlights from his matches and the guy is very fun to watch.

One of the most dangerous floaters, come Wimbledon time...

He's class alright. Wish he had a better career though he's had some memorable wins and some class highlights of trickshots. Check out these highlights.

I have not checked all the above vids. But, I remember one shot of Dreddy. It was a service return and Dreddy hits a drop shot on service return. That is not all. The ball lands on the opponents side just a short distance from the net and jumps and spins back into dreddy's court. The opponent almost ran down the drop shot only to see the tantalizing ball spin back onto dreddy's side. :clap

Baggie and Zevrev are playing against each other. Independent of who wins, the winner gets into #32 or better in rankings and also, most probably a seeded spot in Wimby. So, lot at stake in this match.

Fed wins his 2nd round and makes it to QF (against Goffin). The bad news is even Malek Jaziri breaks Fed on grass.

But, Fed will take any kind of win now (as even an ugly win will give him more match practice).

Goffin is very steady and if Fed is not careful, an upset might happen.

Yeah, I think the upset potential with Goffin is huge. I'd even call that match 50-50.

Kohly vs. Thiem blockbuster QF (a repeat of Stuttgart finals) is set. If Thiem wins this one, he is assured of a top 8 spot in Wimbledon.Even otherwise, he may get it, but it won't be under his control though.
