Well done Borna. Ah well...

Now get some rest and practice Roger. Not good enough so far

He looks drained to me. Does not bode well for Wimbledon.

Well done and well earned for this kid. He deserved to win in IW, but gets his revenge in a better setting as this is a final. Congrats to the Croatian! :dance3:

I do like Coric, though, improved a lot and fair play to him. Very good match from him. But pretty damn awful by Roger there and Cilic firm favourite for me at least for Wimbledon unless Roger has a divine intervention.

I don't know why KS calls him Chocic. He seems very steady. I am not saying it based on just today's match.

Welp. I'm sticking to my prediction of Fed losing Wimbledon this year but will win USO.

You haven't watched him enough. I've seen lots of his matches that he's had opportunities to win and lost.

Yeah good shot for Cilic and anyone else. Fed looks like someone who took 2 months off and just ate and vacationed. Pretty stupid as I think these next 7-8 months may determine history. His movement is especially terrible and that isn't getting fixed in one week. Roger isn't winning this Wimbledon

Sadly, I'm sticking with my prediction he wins neither and possibly no more slams.

He looked his age out there sadly. Hope it's a minor hiccup and not the norm from now on but he fell stupidly trying to volley and served like dog shit. Pissed away a nonsense game out of nowhere (does it a lot lately) and messed up set points all week.

This is not just about losing this match. This whole tourney Roger sucked except for the first match. Moreover, it is all against weak opponents. Now, the news is out that Fed is vulnerable, everyone will be looking for his head as well. He is not going to win any "aura points" at Wimbledon.

This loss is good in a way. Hope it helps Roger realize how inconsistent he has been from ;oin\

Thanks to Coric for exposing Fed's real level.

I think you guys are being way too dramatic. This time last week he won a tournament against a tougher field. He's 37 years old. I've said it before. It's harder to get up daily for matches when you're older. Some days you just don't have it.

He has to win 7 best of 5 matches now and the latter stages against much better players. Trust me, no one is being dramatic. He's not winning Wimbledon. But I'd decided that even before I saw he was playing like crap. Now, I'm sure of it.

I have a strong feeling Fed will not win Wimbledon. This is not about being dramatic. It is not based on just this final. I had seen him enough after his return. It is not going to work out this year. He was consistently bad this whole tourney. It is not about not feeling it on an off day. His serve was broken by all kinds of players including Kudla who is not even in top 100 and who is a qualifier here. He sucks in big points. His movement is simply not enough to win Wimbledon.

But, I am still hoping he can win USO this year. Will reserve judgement on it until after Cincy.

Nice to see you back from surgery Carol, don't call posters trolls.
Thanks kskate.
I can’t stand that poster classless, ordinary and patethic. Maybe he is still here because is a rabid Federer fan? very unpleasant and provocative

That's my read on it too. I think USO may speed up the courts this year which may just give Fed that little extra to win it.
