LOL, apparently Stan heard Mirka audibly questioning if he would have the guts to close out the match, and told Federer afterwards "she did the same thing at Wimbledon."

Well, you proved her wrong on both occasions, Stan. Well done. He was so offended she would wonder if he'd choke that he proceeded to do just that, again. Bravo sir. Maybe it's time to look at the real problem.

Now, if Mirka intentionally said that out loud, I can't say I advocate that and it is poor sportsmanship. I also don't think Stan is making this up. However, take your loss like a man and move on.

Um... jealous of what exactly? I think they have mutual respect. They never struck me as friends and other than playing doubles together occasionally, they seemed more like two compatriots who respect each other and are willing to work together when necessary, just not friends. That's just an observation. Has nothing to do with jealousy.

Being appreciative of someone doesn't necessarily mean you are friends.
