Suppose a lucky player's opponent withdraws due to CV and this happens seven times in a row; would you say the same?

Does this mean I could possibly be a USO winner??!!

Of course all my opponents would have to also default in the qualifiers and every other tournaments I entered prior to that....

Federer most weeks at number 3# in history so he's always 3rd. Chill out just being funny. but really I think Federer will have a really good season next year.

That was really hard! But fun.

I have to say, I enjoy those types of quizzes but this one was tough. The ones I didn’t get were earlier in his career, so I got the easy ones, which is good... :D

I have always said that Federer will retire before Nadal surpasses him... He has a huge ego and he wouldn't want to see Nadal passing him while he's still on tour. So unfortunately I can't see Federer coming back, he has to pretend that he's planning to be back due to his sponsor deals but he won't. He will probably give the reason that due to the surgery he can't train as much as he wants in order to reach the high level, but in reality the real reason is Nadal becoming the undisputed GOATdal. Still he has had a great career and there's always YouTube. I don't find pleasure in this post but then again after all the years that fedtards have bashed and insulted Nadal and his fans, it's simply justice prevailing...

TBH, there where names in there I never would have gotten. One or two I'd never even heard of. I'd be curious to take the Rafa version of that quiz. I think it would be easier.

I looked them up - only ten players. Of his 37 title losses, 15 are by one player (guess who), 10 by another (guess who), three times to two players each, and six individual losses to six other players.

For Roger, 54 losses distributed like so: 14 to one player (guess who), 14 to another (including one walkover; guess who), 4 to another, 3 to another, 4 losses to two players twice each, and 15 individual losses to 15 other players.

If Murray can come back after hip surgery (although he's crap now), only an absolute moron would say Federer would weasel out with a pathetic excuse like you're making out above. He'll be back playing aright. Don't embarrass yourself more than usual.

I think the biggest difference is Murray plays a grinding counterpunching game that TBH didn’t portend well to getting back to the top. Unlike the big 3 , Murray relied relatively less on big weapons. Federer’s more offense minded game is better suited for a comeback.

At this point it’s more the Body recuperating from multiple procedures and a year long Sabatical, the game will be there.

Absolutely. Murray ran himself into the ground the year he finished number 1. A shame but that style of play is always bound to place a lot of wear and tear on the body.

Ya, sure. :lol6:

I have also heard people say Roger would deliberately lose in the round before so that he does not have to face Ralph.

Get real folks. The players don't really think in these small-minded way of fans. They just try to compete as well as they can and as long as they can.
