watched the last few games now and I'm unimpressed with Roger's forehand and his movement. Uniqlo must be wondering what they signed up for

He is still the same patchy Roger we have been seeing for some time.

yup. Can't say I blame him. If I'm being paid $30m per year for no particular reason I'll take it easy too!

Didn’t watch the match but he hasn’t played in over a month so some rust was to be expected. Let’s see how he looks in the next round before doing a Chicken Little.

That's how it works; extreme expectations are always flying higher than the effort and ability can muster this early on! :nono:

In fairness, Basilashvili was not an easy start for Khachanov, but if he wants to be a world-beater, he has to at least get to Federer, and 4/1? As for Raonic, Struff, really? Roanic is so meh.

It's where it's all going to head I think. Not Amazon in particular but all the streaming providers. New players entering the arena over the next two years.. they'll all be screaming for content.

I did have a question for @Federberg on this, though...my Amazon prime doesn't seem to offer live tennis. What gives? By country?

Pretty sure, it's geo based. I've got Amazon Prime too... havent checked if this tournament is on the Oz version yet, but I get some NFL. I know my Netflix is different than UK and US... I think it depends how they've done the rights on a regional basis.

Yes, I'm sure it's that. Interesting that your Netflix is different, too, but it's all licensing agreements. I really just have to subscribe to Tennis Channel and cut the cable down to nothing. I do everything else on my smart TV and apps now. You lose the ability to DVR, but I don't know that it's worth the $80+/mo. to be that impatient. It's not like there aren't 1,000 other things to watch, in the meantime. OK, sorry, back to Dubai.

For reason cillic always gets his ass kicked by monfils 0-4 h2h this is coming from a player (g.monfils) who gives you easy wins cillic needs to stop getting used as a door mat by players like monfils, j.sock simon Zverev .:lol6::facepalm:
