Anyone watched Baggy here? He is a guy pretty much everyone wrote off, but seems like he is trying again. Is he fitter? Faster? I mean, he had the lovely backhand and the serviceable forehand, but what changed here?

Every time I think Bags is gone, he shows up again! I don't know what to make of Stan; works too hard to win these 500's w/o top flight comp.! What's he supposed to do at the next Masters; out in the 1st round? uzzled :angel: :cover :eyepop

I think it helps considerably that he didn't have to play anyone. No offense to Feliciano Lopez. Stan's so hit-and-miss that I'm almost surprised he beat Baghdatis. Ya just never know which Stan is going to show up...:lolz:
