here's a refutation in the interest of full disclosure...
So hard to know what’s true and what’s not
I think it was all a moving target, and no one knew exactly. I don't think the scientists lied...that's not a very scientific thing to do, if we're honest. They thought they had a vaccine to stop the spread. I still argue they had a vaccine to curb the spread and also to lessen the symptoms. Not everyone will agree with me on that. But I still don't buy scientists with nefarious reasons to lie. I know many jump to "Big Pharma," but most scientists don't benefit from that. It’s a mix, IMO. The scientists lied; the politicIans ignorantly repeated them.
Comments sections are far from reliable, and you know that.Yup Died Suddenly reports on very aggressive cancers that come with no warning. Plenty of comments about this online if they're genuine too.
Of course but they're hardly all lies so no matter how many are true it's not one bit cool to have picked up an aggressive cancer over a useless so called vaccine for a sniffle and a headache that over the counter ibuprofen and vitamin d would sort 100% with no worries of serious adverse effects or death.Comments sections are far from reliable, and you know that.
I know plenty of people who are unvaxxed and had no symptoms while tons of vaxxed and boosted people have had multiple sick days over the past almost 3 years with one out 5 months for thyroid issues that have been linked to the vax and another saying she has long covid and off over a year. Long covid is in many cases chronic fatigue from all the immune destroying jabs but many hardcore vaxxers won't accept they did this to themselves. Omicron is so mild and yet tons of people state they're so happy they took the vaxx or it would have been much worse or that they could have died. No it bloody wouldn't. It's the polar opposite in my office and in general from what I see.I think it was all a moving target, and no one knew exactly. Front, you and I are never going to agree on this, and we're both going to have anecdotal examples to prove our own points. Which means little. It really looks different from where I sit in NYC, and in my business. Vaccination and protocols seem to work. We can agree to disagree, but we also work in different kinds of industries. (Mine being kind of a potential super-spreader for anything.) And we also live in very different kinds of towns.I know plenty of people who are unvaxxed and had no symptoms while tons of vaxxed and boosted people have had multiple sick days over the past almost 3 years with one out 5 months for thyroid issues that have been linked to the vax and another saying she has long covid and off over a year. Scientists are human. Humans lie. And the fact that “it was all a moving target, and no one knew exactly,” shouldn’t that have made Fauci and every politician and scientist who was behind the vaccine drive both a little more humble from the start - and doesn’t it make them a lot more culpable now, for their over reaction? Especially in countries like Canada where Trudeau was freezing working men and women’s bank accounts because they resisted his totalitarian mandates.I think it was all a moving target, and no one knew exactly. Moxie, they don't even test anymore so you've no idea how many have covid cases there are. Anyway it's only a sniffle so hardly anyone bothers getting a test for a deadly sniffle of doom. If people want to keep taking immune destroying boosters forever more for this, that's their choice. Vaccinations only "seem to work" because Omicon is nothing. No one gets tested anymore in most countries and hardly anyone dies from a common cold. If that equates to vaccines working to you then so be it. The PCR test is also utterly useless as has been pointed out many times.Front, you and I are never going to agree on this, and we're both going to have anecdotal examples to prove our own points. Scientists may lie about cheating on their wives, and some publish false work for self-aggrandizing purposes, but I still don't buy an entire pack of scientists from different labs around the world lying, in some sort of great conspiracy. They didn't have, individually, enough to gain, that I can see.Scientists are human. Humans lie.
I don't remember much of a hope for a "lifetime" of protection. And the fact that “it was all a moving target, and no one knew exactly,” shouldn’t that have made Fauci and every politician and scientist who was behind the vaccine drive both a little more humble from the start - and doesn’t it make them a lot more culpable now, for their over reaction? But do you ever wonder that if they were so wrong about the vaccine when they made so many claims that didn’t stack up, when they said it might provide lifetime protection etc, that there might be even more about it that they’ve gotten wrong, and either still haven’t admitted - or still don’t know about?
Sure. There are plenty of reasons to keep up with what goes on, and keep deciding what is necessary. In other words, is there a point you might reach where you’ll say, ‘okay, it makes no sense to keep getting jabbed with this thing, at least until they know what they’re doing?”
They still test in my business.Moxie, they don't even test anymore so you've no idea how many have covid cases there are.
Depends on who gets it. I know you like to underplay it, but I don't think that's really fair to say, that it's only a "sniffle.Anyway it's only a sniffle so hardly anyone bothers getting a test for a deadly sniffle of doom.

Well okay, let’s clarify further. Do you think Big Pharma companies can lie, in representing “The Science?”Scientists may lie about cheating on their wives, and some publish false work for self-aggrandizing purposes, but I still don't buy an entire pack of scientists from different labs around the world lying, in some sort of great conspiracy. I think I’ve shown you this a few times before, from the same week when I got my second jab. An article from the New York Times.I don't remember much of a hope for a "lifetime" of protection.
In other words, you believe that although they were so wrong already, that they know what they’re doing now?Sure. There are plenty of reasons to keep up with what goes on, and keep deciding what is necessary.
