If he continues hitting short balls it'll always be the same story in their matches. Some Rosol will win and some he'll have the upper hand in most of the match but hit too many errors and gift the win. Kinda similar to Nadal v Fognini really in that respect.

Poor Nadal, I guess indoor isn't his cup of tea, I'm afraid he could lose early there and in Bercy

Why is he poor, did anyone robbed him?;)

Heh heh, just watched the extended highlights of this on YouTube and the handshake at the end was priceless. They hate each other! :lolz:

At least we know it's not just Nadal. And unlike Kyrgios, Rosol doesn't have the excuse of being young.

He's a fan favorite though :snicker

I'm not really sure what you said here--I imagine its some Joycean Irish esoterica--but I like it. I think.

Man...I've been on TF too much. I see Nadal playing and I think, "Oh! Carol and Keiran are playing Rosol!" or "DarthFed just took that first set easy!" :cover

Rosol, this new public ennemy !!

I wonder if Berdych or Stepanek likes him? I guess they have to pretend to like each other because of Davis Cup, even if they don't really like him either.

Oh, Rafa shouldn't be slagging off Rosol, he should take the high road and ignore the little fecker. It's not nice to be saying stuff like that about his opponent... :nono

It's like Federer and Stan...obliged to love each other in DC if they want to win

Nah, I think there is a real bromance going on there. It's Mrs. Fed and Stan that put up with each other.

Sock, Anderson, Cilic, Gabashvili all have won today.
Coric losing in straights 3-6, 2-6 to KA, so he did not come anywhere close to defend his 180 points he earned last year here.
I think Borna needs to sharpen up his game in the off season, to progress further.
