In this match, Grigor and Rafa will dispute who's decline is the sharpest!

Get with it! One is on an incline...

You're giving the rest of the tour too much credit! Too many of the other top 10'rs just "don't have it!" Players like Ferrer, Cilic, Berdych, and all the rest have been around for years and haven't excelled to their potential; CILIC sneaking a USO last year! The rest can barely make a semi or final off 500's and 250 events! They win those and that's about it! Nothing impressive about the rest of the tour! It's all about the BIG 4 or 5 unfortunately! They have the ability; just a serious problem of confidence and being able to finish when in the lead! :puzzled :nono  :dodgy: :cover

I'm starting to wonder what an incline actually is.

Never mind. Goggled it.

Kirijax, that's as ambiguous a pic as I've ever seen of an "incline"..lol

What's so discouraging about Dmitrov is that it doesn't matter who it it is- Fed, Nadal, Nole, Murray... same old story with him. He just plain FAILS

He could then try coming out with his shirt off and with his pants on backwards. Totally disrupt his opponents' play. I've heard it's been done before. Not sure if it worked though. :popcorn

Dimitrov will drop serve before the end of the set for sure. His serve is his biggest downfall. Most of the time it's about as good as a kick in the nuts with steel toecaps. Same as Nishikori in that respect. Capable of serving very well but way too many double faults and all round sloppy serving.

You sure you aren't thinking about Rafa? His serve hasn't exactly been stellar all season; double faults on game points many times! :cover

Not yet! Consolidated the break and looking for another with Rafa spraying the ball! Got it; 3-0! :cover :nono

Yup, I was wrong.
Kirijax, that is not the incline Rafa marches on, you have to search for a bumpy version

Well he's ranked way higher than Dimitrov so I'd say that answers that. Nadal's serve might not have much power but his first serve % is probably still way better than Dimitrov's. Haven't checked but I'd say given he goes more for placement than power/speed that has to be the case with the stats.

Well at least we all know that placement/higher % won't work against the best returner in the history of the game! He hasn't even been able to wrangle a set off Nole of late; even at his beloved RG in Paris! :p :nono  :dodgy:

True. Every player out there needs to serve their best to beat Novak.
