Yes Kieran. Fed looks good today. BH actually looks quite good and is effective.

Roger is playing well? That makes a few matches in a row in the last few weeks. This is good for him and good for the game. I hope he is in the semis with Nadal and Djokovic. The fourth?

I think he's more comfortable playing someone like Gasquet. Roger can play his game, instead of getting into tussles with Rafa, for example.

Clash of the titans tomorrow night between Novak and Delpo who have been the best players this fall!

Agreed, and surely one of the matches that everyone is waiting for. But neither was completely convincing in their first matches. Will be interesting to see how they show up tomorrow.

My "titan" looked rather human and quite fatigued yesterday.

Not having the pressure to win everything for y.e. #1 will either help him relax and play well or just fizzle. Feeling like DP will win this one tomorrow.

I don't know Nehmeth. He has been finding away this fall, so I think he pulls it out in 3. Delpo has had more matches in the last 3 weeks, so Novak shouldn't be too disadvantaged.

RB,
They both looked low on gas the other day. So we'll see. I would always give Novak the edge over DP if it goes deep into the 3rd set.

Gasquet has nothing to challenge Roger with, and gets bullied all over the court. He only wins if Roger implodes.

Roger needs to win in straight sets and I guess he is playing like he is well aware that such a result will likely get him in the semis.

A few FH UE's from Fed on the MP's.

Yep, and now we're several beyond "few". Come on, Roger, it's not like Gasquet is hitting winners.

Whew! Congrats, Roger. That was important, especially in straight sets.

With the victory, is Fed definitively in the semis?
