And now Medvedev has called for the trainer! What is going on in this tournament?!

Here's a fun fact: 4 out of the Top 5 seeds in the Men's side will have played a 5th set already and we are not even in the 2nd week yet! Take a guess who's the only Top 5 seed who has not played a 5th set yet, let alone lost a single set?

This is nothing against anyone, but weirdness of COVID and the stop-start of schedules could have something to do with it.

Here's a battle of the generations...Feli Lopez just getting started against Andrey Rublev. I have to pull for Rublev, but good for Feliciano. He seems happy to still be there and gave a charming last press conference.

Are they saying that Medvedev has never won a 5-set match?!

Meds goes up a double break in the 5th set
His coach left after the 4th set, after Meds gave him a lashing in French.

The video I took...the video says that Djokovic just entered the players lounge and that's about it. In addition, he went to a different facility to have tests on his abdominal tear to see the severity of the injury.

The tournament director just said that Djokovic is definitely playing and he also is scheduled to practice tomorrow. It was on ESPN in a Patrick McEnroe report. Surprise surprise...

Nadal apparently had one in the 2009 USO so no it's not a surprise that he is playing.

Amazed to see Fognini doing so well here and gutted that with work I'll miss the match against Nadal as that should be a good one. Not sure how fit Fognini is right now but Nadal must be a bit worried.

Yeah me too, happy about Fabio!

For the rabbit, the tournament will start tomorrow, hope the Italian stallion will test him seriously. He is a bad matchup for Bob.

I always get beautiful memories when I see Fabio playing well: 3rd US Open 2015. Hell of a match, every 1-2 years he shows his huge talent.
Hopefully tomorrow too. Forza Fabio!

When Fognini is in the zone, he is an absolute joy to watch. He makes winners from all angles and he makes it look like it is the easiest thing in the world. I agree that Nadal should be worried, I don't think Fognini will bend over this time. This is Monte Carlo level of play and when he plays like that he can be very difficult to beat.

He's probably wondering why his draw is so tough from the "get!" Amazing how many Qualifiers are in Nadal's section so he's not playing anyone but kids! :)
