Here we go...the tedious slog through a major with you hoping for the Rafa upset. It was a game. Nadal won the set. Give it a bit of a rest until it at least counts, will you?
Actually, it's you being touchy. You are one of the premiere Rafa hate-watchers around here. He gets broken and you have to give it a face-palm and call Dellien a "nobody." If you can't take the push-back on your bitchiness, don't post the comment, because that's what we do around here: duke it out.Touchy! Who said anything about Rafa getting upset and that too in the first round match against an unknown guy. All I said was he got broken, which is a matter of fact. Just chill.
Fognini can be his own worst enemy. I can see why a 5-setter can be a tetchy affair, but it seems like it was pretty foul-mouthed and scratchy, with both players giving Bernardes the business and dragging Rafa into it, for no reason.Fognini's playing hand is red like lobster. He bruised his knuckles during angry moments. He was also fighting with the umpire a lot, but that's nothing new. He has now completed a comeback from 2 sets down on all 4 grand slams.

I can push-back on bitchiness, which is what I was doing. And sure I've heard of Dellien. I play the draw challenge in most tournaments during the year, so that helps, but he had pretty good exposure last year. You can see his 2019 activity here. He made 2nd round at RG (L- Tsitsipas), 1st at W (L - Millman), and 2nd round at USO last year (L - Medvedev), and some of his losses, as you see, were to high-profile players, so it was hard to miss him. He lost to de Miñaur in Basel just last October. I'd have thought you were paying attention to that one. I make no claims that he's anything other than a journeyman, and it wasn't a tough first round for Rafa, but I'd have thought that someone who pays as much attention to tennis as you do would at least have recognized the name. You cannot push-back on facts. Dallien has never even played in AO before. Moreover he is not a young and upcoming player either. He turned pro more than 10 years ago. He has never won a title in ATP tour. He is a classic example of nobody. Can you be honest and let me know whether you have heard of his name before he was stated to play against Ralph at this year's AO?
Too bad for Kholy. I know they tried to make it as a tricky one for Stefanos, but it wouldn't have been easy.
Nice to see Novak cruising into the 3 round.Djokovic can't be bothered to clap his opponent off the court, apparently. He sure has improved his serve over the years, it has to be said.
