Serena has really upped her game in the 2nd set, some of the passing shots are Vintage Serena, she is my pick to win her 7th AO title,I hope I did not just jinx her, with Pliskova as my Dark Horse.

I see that Bencic is about to go down v. Serena. I read today that she was, rather than disappointed or upset, excited to play Serena first round. She was excited to be on the big stage. That's a nice attitude. It's not likely to do her any good, but I like the way she approached it. :)

Hmmm Serena's serve went AWOL later in the 2nd set,Bencic serve really cost her in ways.No sign of the engagement ring, from what I hear it is a Rock, also I do not like Serena's black and white outfit.Hopefully her night Kit is better.

If it's a Rock, no wonder she's isn't playing in it. Likely not leaving it in her locker, either. I didn't see the kit, but if it's anything like Roger's b/w, it's a bit of a risk for seizures.

Guess what Rafa is also in Black and White, though not as bad as Roger's and Serena's:)

They aren't as bad as the Adidas Zebras.

Granted, they were Disgraceful....still I was going cross eyed watching Federer last night:).....watching Serena decided just to look at her top half, also I am not a fan of the 'glove look'.

Poor Sam Stosur...she just can't do it at home. Rather like Mauresmo in Paris. They're not showing it on TC, but thank god, because I don't know if I could watch.

A match I am really interested in watching is Shelby Rogers v Ash Barty......I wish Ash was taller:) she has a great all court game, coming back to tennis after playing cricket. Can Rogers keep up her impressive performance she had against Halep.
