Ben lost for the same reason he did last week against Taro Daniel. The more experienced opponent just played better, especially in the clutch points, than Ben. That happens in tennis. These losses could be good for Ben in the long run, if he learns from them and makes the correct adjustments.
Oh please go back and watch the Brisbane International when Saffiulin dismantled his game, for starters, Ben needs a proper coach, not his father,he cannot make the adjustments eg a return game without one.

Good look at the stats over Sofaacore site, but the busy layout they use leaves something to be desired!

there's an 8 minute edited video by Wide World of Sports, an Nine offshoot, but i have my doubts this is accessible outside of australia. There's nothing else there.

Quite frankly at night on RLA I doubt Shelton would be able to hit through Novak, the court is slower and heavier than in the day time

I’ve watched Holger a lot these past two years… big wins, big letdowns, niggling injuries. Lately, for no visible reason, I’ve wondered if this is really what he wants to do. Agassi went through that for a few years and came back stronger. Rune has great potential. I hope he’s around for a long time.
I will say, also for no particularly good reason, I do think Holger is ambitious. Or, maybe because he does show so much spite on court. And, also, because he came up in juniors with Alcaraz, I suspect he feels he'd like to prove himself. We shall see, but I don't think lack of ambition is his biggest problem.

He must be drinking the good stuff, it only makes me blurry and unsteady on my hoofs..
It's also likely that he quits after one neat one. Or that it's just an excellent line.

Who said that it was?? Holger is a very ambitious young man. Kieran asked me about a question I had asked him and I responded. It was no definitive statement, simply an odd thought that’s popped in my mind.

Not trying to get into it...just making an opinion. I thought you didn't think he was...my mistake.
