earlier today, wins for Danill MEDVEDEV in four sets over Maxime CRESSY, the american who's been trying to bring back serve-volley and attacking game.

Jannick SINNER won his match in straight sets Vs Alex DeMinaur, but it was closer than the overall score, 7-6,6-3,6-4. Watching this , my loyalties were divided between these two.

Two Italians now in the quarters.

HUGE UPSET in the making with Fritz leading it by 2 sets to 1 and 3-3 all in the 4th.
Am really impressed with this young american the way he goes about his tennis, movement around the court and ability to go from defense to offense in these baseline exchanges.
