Just talking about matchup. Fed can hang with Nadal better now because of a bigger racket and a backhand he can infuse pace with because of the bigger racket. So I would have been ok with a semi against Rafa here too.

I mean. The dynamic would have been completely different. So Novak may not have played as well as he looked against Rafa. There's no telling. But if he did play that well... I love Fed. But he's not winning against that.
